As the Manager of Corrective Actions/Corporate Compliance for an aerospace manufacturing company, he learned what it takes to survive government regulations without breaking the bottom line. Mr. Moore successfully lead audit responses against OSHA, the Kansas Department of Health & Environment (KDHE), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), in addition to fielding numerous Aerospace Industry Audits, including ISO 9001:2008/AS9100C certification and surveillance audits.
He has extensive experience in Hazardous Waste Compliance, Respiratory Protection, Emergency Response Programs, Fire Prevention Programs, and much more. Being responsible for the health, safety, and compliance of a manufacturing operation, Mr. Moore has performed hundreds of training seminars. He also developed numerous courses in OSHA and Environmental Compliance, which are still in use today.
Now working for Prince Law Offices, P.C. while attending law school, Mr. Moore brings his experience in dealing with Administrative Agencies to help ensure your business complies with the federal laws and regulations.
